Terms & Conditions

1. By purchasing from URBAN KIDS CLOSET, you agree to abide by our terms & conditions.

2. All items in our shop is Ready Stock unless stated OUT-OF-STOCK or ARRIVING SOON

3. We will send out your items upon receiving your payment on every TUESDAY and FRIDAY.

4. In the event, if we are re-stocking OUT-OF-STOCK items, pre-order will be available.
A deposit will be required for pre-order items.

5. All orders will be based on first pay first get basis.

6. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless items are different from your
order placed.

7. All items are inspected for manufacturer's defects before delivery to customer.
We are not responsible for any damage of the item thereafter.

8. Colour of the item may vary slightly due to lighting set up during photo shoot.

9. Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose customer's information to any 3rd party.

10. Strictly no meet-ups.

11. All prices indicated are in Singapore Dollar and fixed unless otherwise stated.
URBAN KIDS CLOSET reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

12. All prices are excluding delivery charges.

13. Full refund will be transfered back to the customer in the event out of stock.

14. Strictly no cancellation of orders once payment is made.

15. URBAN KIDS CLOSET will not be held accountable for items that are lost or damaged
during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery at SING POST.
Registered Mail is recommended.
