Once payment is received and order is processed, cancelation is not allowed

We do not accept exchange or return/refund once item is sold. All items are inspected for manufacturer's defects before delivery to customer. We are not responsible for any damage of the item thereafter.
Reserve and Pre-order
1. We do not reserve items for customer. All orders will be based on first pay first get basis.
2. In the event, if the item is out-of-stock, and a pre-order status is available, customer will be required to pay a full deposit for the pre-order item.
